YONI Menstrual Cup

$49.00

The YONI Menstrual Cup is a reusable alternative to pads and tampons. It is made with super-soft, high-quality medical-grade silicone and comes in two sizes, small and regular. You can wear your YONI Menstrual Cup comfortably for up to 8 hrs, and when inserted correctly, you do not feel the cup at all.

Eco-friendly: Cut down on your plastic waste by purchasing something that will last you a decade.

Save money: Never purchase a pad or a tampon again. Your YONI Cup will last you up to 10 years.

Better for you: The YONI Cup collect your flow instead of absorbing it, which means that it leaves you naturally lubricated and healthy. Bye-bye dry tampons.

End period poverty: For every cup that we sell, we donate one to someone with limited access to period care. #endperiodpoverty

90-Day Flow Guarantee: If you are not best friends with your cup after 90 days (three cycles-ish), just let us know and we'll send you another size free of charge. Or a full refund.

The YONI Cup fits snug inside your vaginal canal. It is held in position by the seal formed by the walls of the vagina and the vaginal muscles.

To insert, the cup is folded and pushed into your vagina, similar to a tampon. It sits in the lower part of the vagina, just behind the pubic bone below the cervix.

To find the perfect position, guide the cup towards your spine and give it a gentle tug to secure the seal.

Rotate the cup to make sure it has fully opened. Your cervix may move during menstruation, so inserting the cup requires practise and knowledge of your anatomy.

We recommend using the 'punch-down fold' for inserting your cup.

Most people can comfortably use both sizes, but one may be more comfortable than the other. Some things that you might want to consider is your flow and heigh of your cervix. The most important thing is not to overcomplicate things. The only way to find out what size is best for you is to try one.

The small size YONI is suitable for light flow and is a great beginner's cup. The regular size YONI holds slightly more fluid and can, therefore, be better for a heavier flow.

If you have a low-sitting cervix, we suggest the small YONI as it is slightly shorter.

Some other things that you could consider when choosing a size are:

Lifestyle: If you're living an active lifestyle, or are a kegel gold medalist consider using the small YONI.

Age: For teens and younger menstruators, the small YONI can sometimes be easier to insert.

Pregnancy: If you have had a baby, a regular-sized cup is sometimes a better fit.
