YONI Period Cup

$39.00 Regular price $49.00

The YONI Period Cup is a reusable alternative to pads and tampons. It is made with soft, medical-grade silicone and can be worn comfortably for up to 8 hrs. Once inserted, you do not feel the cup at all.

Once your cup is filled, you just empty, wash, rinse, and reinsert the cup for up to 8 hours of protection. Better for both you and the planet.

  • Save money - one cup last 10 years
  • Wear for 8 hours
  • Odour free
  • Great for heavy flows - holds 25 to 35ml (a regular tampon or pad holds 5ml)
  • Lower risk of TSS
  • Eco friendly (long use and 100% plastic-free)
  • Toxin-free (there's bleach in tampons, waat?)

End period poverty: For every cup purchased, we donate one to someone with limited access to period care. Read more about our commitment here.

90-Day Flow Guarantee: If you are not best friends with your cup after 90 days (three cycles-ish), just let us know and we'll send you another size free of charge. Or a full refund.

The YONI Cup fits snug inside your vagina. It's held in position by the seal formed by the walls of your vagina and and the cup.

To insert, the cup is folded and pushed into your vagina, similar to a tampon. It sits low, just behind the pubic bone.

To find the perfect position, guide the cup towards your spine and give it a gentle tug to secure the seal.

We recommend using the 'punch-down fold' for inserting your cup.

Most people comfortable use both sizes, but sometimes one may be a better fit than the other.

The small YONI is suitable for those under thirty or those with a light flow. The regular YONI is suitable for people over thirty or those with a heavier flow.

Some other things that you could consider when choosing a size are:

Lifestyle: If you're living an active lifestyle or are a kegel gold medalist, consider using the small YONI.

Pregnancy: If you've had a baby, a regular-sized cup could be a better fit.

Cervix height: If you have a low sitting cervix, you might prefer the small size.
